ABOUT THE ROLE
The Retail Trade Promotion Analyst will support the Revenue Management team, responsible for delivering the company's overall profit margins.
This analyst will make recommendations and decisions on customer pricing, new business price offers, and trade spend/rebates, specifically on the retail channel. The analyst will administer systems of customer and item pricing for a portfolio of nearly 1,000 items. The role requires a strong analytical skill set and thorough attention to detail. As many of the inputs to pricing decisions come from other departments (Sales, Category Management, Global Logistics), the role requires the ability to partner and align on solutions cross-functionally. The role has unique visibility, providing an opportunity to learn and connect the end-to-end mechanics of the business. There will be ample opportunities to present analysis and pricing proposals to the senior leadership of the organization.
As a response to the pandemic, the company’s office employees have transitioned to a hybrid working schedule, requiring employees to report in-person Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to telework on Monday and Friday each week. Due to the collaborative, cross-functional nature of the organization, employees at the NY and NJ offices are required to work in-person for the abovementioned days, outside of any People & Culture-approved disability accommodation request.
